Note regarding payment options for international participants:

Payments from abroad can only be made via bank transfer. 

Yurtiçi katılımcılar için döviz kuru 1 Euro = 50 TL olarak sabitlenmiştir.

Registration fees include attendance to the conference scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, e-attendance certificate, and VAT 20%.

Document confirming student status must be sent to secretariat@ebdays.org

Abstract submission and registration
Please note that the abstract's presenting author must be registered for the conference to have the abstract accepted and published in the conference abstract book.  The author is not automatically registered when submitting an abstract. Registration implies payment of the registration fee.

Cancellation & name change
No refunds will be made for cancellations after July 20,  2026. Cancellations will be processed if notified in writing to the Congress Organising Secretariat secretariat@ebdays.org Name change deadline: August 10, 2026. Please send your name change request to secretariat@ebdays.org
