• If you will pay by bank transfer, payment receipt should be sent to the Organising Secretariat (secretariat@ebdays.org). Please note that participant is obliged to pay all the bank transfer charges.

• For the credit card payments bank charges will be added to the credit card payment depending on your bank.

• If you register with a student rate, please send your student ID or a document confirming your student status to secretariat@ebdays.org

• After the payment will be received, participants will receive final Registration Confirmation Letter by e-mail from Conference Organising Secretariat. If payment is not received, registration is not considered as completed.

• Registration cancellation deadline: 01 August 2022. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 01 August 2022. Cancellations will be processed if notified in writing to the Congress Organising Secretariat (secretariat@ebdays.org).
