  • After completing the online registration, you will receive a form with bank account details for bank transfer. In the near future, you will be given the option to pay online with your credit card as well.

  • If you will pay by bank transfer, a payment receipt must be sent to the Organising Secretariat (secretariat@ebdays.org). Please note that the participant is obliged to pay all the bank transfer charges.

  • For credit card payments, bank charges will be added to the credit card payment depending on your bank's rules.

  • If you register with a student rate, please send your student ID or a document confirming your student status to secretariat@ebdays.org.

  • After the payment is received, participants will receive a final Registration Confirmation Letter by email from the Conference Organising Secretariat.

  • If payment is not received, registration is not considered as completed.

  • Invoices will be sent to the participants by e-mail latest 7 days after the conference.

INVOICE DETAILS

  • After the payment will be received, participants will receive a final Registration Confirmation Letter by e-mail from the Conference Organising Secretariat. If payment is not received, registration is not considered as completed.

  • If you register with a student rate, please send your student ID or a document confirming your student status to secretariat@ebdays.org

  • Registration cancellation deadline: 01 August 2024. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 01 August 2024. Cancellations will be processed if notified in writing to the Congress Organising Secretariat (secretariat@ebdays.org).

  • Name change deadline: 15 August 2024. Please send your name change request to secretariat@ebdays.org
